I was expecting to have pellets implanted today, instead I was seen by a new PA who obviously had not gone through my history and proceeded to repeat everything I had gone through several times with dr. Blick. If the intent was to just review my blood work we could have completed this in a phone call since there was nothing critical in the blood work.
I usually am very happy with my service at Dr. Blick and felt this was a wasted trip for me since I also am very busy.

Excellent service with all staff. Also, Dr. Blick sits down next to you and looks into your eyes and explains to you exactly what is going on with you and how he will be correcting the problem. That's what I call a caring doctor. If I could give him and staff more than 5 stars I would.

The wait was brief. Dr Blick came right in and filled me in on how the surgery went. He answered my questions and did the best catheter pull ever. He explained things in a way I could understand. I left feeling good about the visit and what to expect next.
